Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We aim to have all orders ready for dispatch by the next working day following placement of order. We ship within the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured. Please note we do not ship on Fridays due to the goods being held in sorting depots/warehouses over the weekend.
EU or worldwide orders will be shipped via DHL or FedEx. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance. You may also be required to pay import duty and tax before the order is released for delivery. This is the responsibility of the recipient.
We package our watches in foam lined reinforced cardboard boxes to prevent any possible damage in transit. Our packaging is discreet and does not give any indication of what is inside. The exception being insurance and declaring information to customs for international deliveries.
Returns
All domestic purchases made online, by email, social media or over the phone are covered by our 14 days return policy, you are guaranteed a full refund within this period as long as the item is returned in the retail condition that it was sold in if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unless the item sold is faulty, the customer is responsible to pay for the return. Please note that the 14 days return policy does not apply to purchases made directly in person as you have been given the chance to inspect and try the product prior to purchasing.
International orders are non returnable.Watches will only be accepted for return if they are returned exactly how they were sold with all the stickers and security tag that came on the watch (not removed) or if not as described or they have a fault in some way.
