      Q: Why buy from us?

      A: We hand select all of our stock, we treat every stock item as if we were buying it for our own collection; we are watch enthusiasts. From placement of order we will be in touch with you until you receive your item and make sure you are 100% happy. We pride ourselves on our service which is reflected in our Trustpilot reviews.

      Q: Are pictures of the actual watch?

      A: Yes every watch is photographed prior to sale, we do not use stock images.

      Q: Are your watches serviced/guaranteed?

      A: Every watch we purchase is checked for authenticity and tested for accuracy. Any work necessary will be carried out by our watchmaker prior to us advertising. We are sticklers for detail and want to ensure you receive your chosen watch in the best possible condition. All watches are covered by the balance of manufacturers warranty or our 12 months movement warranty on mechanical failure*

      Q: What payment methods do you accept?

      A: We accept all major debit, credit cards.

      Q: How will I receive my order?

      A: All watch orders are insured and shipped next day special delivery, we use plain discreet packaging which is foam lined to protect your watch on it's journey. Straps are shipped Royal Mail tracked 48.

      Q: Can I complete my purchase in person?

      A: Yes, we work by appointment only but you can collect your watch from us and pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

      Q: Do you accept watches in part exchange?

      A: Yes part exchange is always an option. Get in touch with us via the contact form or email us hello@riverdweller.co.uk. Let us know the watch you are interested in and details about yours; please include as much information and detail as possible such as brand, model ref, condition, service history, accessories included such as tags, warranty cards, manuals, box. We will also ask for clear detailed pictures. All part exchange offers are subject to inspection and testing.

      Q: Do you accept returns?

      A: Yes, in line with distance selling regulations you can return your watch to us in the same condition you received it within 14 days for a full refund. The watch must not have been adjusted and security tags in place.

      Q: Are you an Authorised Retailer?

      A: No, we are not an authorised retailer or affiliated with any of the watch brands we sell

      Q: Are the watches you sell new?

      A: No, we do not sell new watches, our market is in watches typically over a year old, we may from time to time have watches that are in unworn as new condition but all of our watches are pre-owned. 

      Q: I have a watch I wish to sell, would you be interested in buying it?

      Q: I purchased a watch from you, will you buy it back?

      A: Yes, we offer a buy back guarantee on every watch we will sell. We will offer a fair trade price based on current market prices.

      Q: I am looking for a watch you don't have listed, can you get it for me?

      A: Always ask, we have connections with other watch dealers across the UK and Europe. So if you are looking for something specific we may be able to source it for you.
